I stand corrected...FINRA is a self regulating body with in the industry...and they have been cleared to trade....but that doesn't mean they can't get all they can get....and remember this is in answer to the post by BAOMIKE....as I have said before I was playing a bounce that didn't/hasen't happened still in a wait and see mode at this point.....still don't trust them...
