Wasn't that one of the conditions that the FDA wanted to see? That if given BTD, the company needed to show that it had the ability to produce the said drug. Looks like we have that ability, and it is right under our roof.

That being said, I don't think we will get BTD. I don't even think PPHM applied for it. It seems to me, the FDA is playing it safe and designating BTD to only large cap Pharma. I don't see PPHM and our $1.50PPS being handed BTD, if we even applied.

I do see a phrase III approval being granted though. That combined with our ability to produce our own drug will make BP think very hard about a partnership.

Things will be getting interesting around here real soon.
