Looks that way to me...They haven't really said so but it is basically a reverse merge...MKA has taken control of FLTL..Changed the name and reverse split the stock..All to accommodate their agenda..Nice if you are MKA or DC or anyone else hopping along for the ride..That is if everything is good with MKA's numbers..

There is a possibility that FTL wasn't doing as well as they could have been and this is one way to survive..and maybe find access to cash to do better....Gotta wait and see..jmo
