Count CHOP as another winner

Yeah great. Today CCCL out and now suddenly they lose money for the quarter. Same as YONG as well now. CCCL did ramp up production capacity for 3 years in a row, constantely diluting at a PE of 2 or less. Millions of shares. Now they are shutting down additional capacity because suddenly there is no demand for it anymore. Anything sounds familiar to you?

All crooks! No wonder all these companies trade at these PE's. Not extremely clever to apply the Graham model to these chinese companies.....lol
