Did you enjoy the gridlock while you were visiting the LA of Canada, that's how they see themselves compared to the rest of Canada, quite funny when you think about it.
I hate their infrastructures, they are limited geographically by the sea and mountains, and Richmond is only 2M below sea level.lol

I wouldn't have expected anything but silence from mgmt until the deal is done.
One way or another, if we get good news, you're going to profit from these levels (and wish many longs to recoup their investment).
