Here is a Sleeper-CTTC. Their chronic pain management device may be presented this month (MAY 30) at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).

Looks like it has been putting in a bottom here.

News could break it out--and with high volume--the current price of .35 a share will look great.
