Thursday May 16, 2013 Converted Organics will file bankruptcy protection in Boston Mass. courts, as they have clearly stated in the last 10Q filing to the SEC that they will run out of money and have no financing in place to continue operations. Those hoping for a merger should know that the CEO has been working on this for 2 years with no luck. Sure hope no one is shocked when this happens this week, cause they clearly told you it was going to happen.
