Oke, I'll play the GESI story.

Allow me to explain into detail how this entire gasification project came into being, is going to be implemented and run on creosote railroad ties.

1) GESI has been introduced by Alberta Energy Government to On-Track Railway Services.

2) The gasification plant is going to be established on On-Track Railway Services industrial grounds under leasing agreement.


3) The Duagh Yard property where On-Track Railway Services operates from is well situated in terms of rail service, with six to ten switches per week.

The Duagh Plant Facility is located adjacent to the former CNR (Canadian National Railway) “Duagh Station Grounds”

4) On-Track Railway Services Tie Disposal

The creosote is NOT going to be extracted. The creosote ties will be gasified after shredding. Creosote ties produce a higher BTU and a cleaner burn, cleaner than untreated wood.

The gasification plant build out will result in a 200 ton per day energy production facility for waste rail ties on On-Track grounds. There will be an ongoing supply of ties shred-prep'd for gasification.

Funding availability has been announced and permitting is already in process.
