GESI has laid out their business plan and I would expect to hear answers to your questions very soon.

They are working on securing the necesary permits to begin the plant build.

The Plan:
GESI will reinstate all contracts related to securing Feed stock for the Gasification plant.
GESI will seek to secure all the necessary permits needed to build and supply the Gasification Plant within the government standards of Alberta Canada.
Additional Grant monies from Alberta Canada Energy shall be applied for and vigorously pursued.
Engineering and surveying of the land to be used for GESI to ensure the proper location of the units to be used in the Gasification process and ensuring the proper stabilization of that land.

I believe that they will announce that they have issued purchase orders to the chosen suppliers as they complete the key parts of their business plan.


Again, we have a start up company trading below .02. I do not expect the share price to stay this low as we check off these key steps in the business plan.

At some point as they move up to a higher exchange you would expect to see some SEC (EDGAR) filings IMO.
