burnout03, UTOG was a Nevada corporation before it was Revoked;

Officers of Nevada corporations are protected from everything. The last officer listed was Terry Fields, CEO of multiple penny scams the same time as UTOG was. The SEC suspended UTOG stock as they have 1000s before. Check around to see how many were successfully sued and shareholders were rewarded.
