Perhaps explaining, that in Rodman and Renshaws coverage of VPIG from 06/25/2012, they mentioned a possible catalyst for the stock would be a "potential NASDAQ up-listing", or that it was a prudent strategy for nascent companies to up-list after reaching certain SP milestones - might make sense. But, what certainly doesn't make sense; is disseminating proprietary information (if it is indeed valid) on a public forum.
