Say this does get taken to court and SS wins, which will probably be the verdict since JC didn't fulfill his contract. JC has now crossed a line in which the company could take his restricted shares and retire them along with him being fired. Since the case would be breach of contract.
Those retirement of shares would also reduce our debt since most of the debt was the converted shares JC received at the PPS we were trading at then, which was what 3-5 cents? Still on my phone.
Thus retiring shares and reducing the debt.
Couldn't that happen just as much as this whole RS thing that keeps getting thrown around? Just saying there is always two sides and multiple outcomes that can come out of bad situations. Saying only one thing will happen is narrow minded, IMO.
