Read the contracts, we purchased all Punch TV assets and revenue related to assets. We just never purchased the company that started Punch TV, which I guess is the company JC doesn't pay his employees. Which has nothing to do with Steve or PNCH. The purchasing of just the assets was a known fact because all this came up when we purchased the assets. They sold us everything in the house we just didn't buy the house because the walls were full of mold and we owned our own home. PNCH
