Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and securing biomass related renewable energy business opportunities
Develop technical solutions and/or commercial proposals for business opportunities
Manage end-to-end commercial process, starting from inquiry to order, and order to contract delivery
Assist in developing both supply resources and demand creation for new businesses
Support business development by conducting research and feasibility analysis of project investments
Monitor and research market and technology development trends
Organize and prepare presentations in client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and relevant Government agencies.
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or its equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience in engineering, design and/or project management
MBA and/or experience in handling technical sales and commercial proposals is a plus
Experience in the palm oil, agricultural, or energy-related industry is a plus
Positive mindset with high enthusiasm, creativity and level of integrity
Good relationship management, communications and interpersonal skills
Proven achievement in prior employment
Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & challenging environment
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal & written. Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage
Willing to travel especially to regional SEA locations
