How can they give the new guys the float, the shares you and I own???? Do you think they are going to call us up on the phone and say hey I need your shares back I need to issue 96% of all the current shares outstanding to exchange with some guys from Malaysia for a merger....no they issue 96% new shares and exchange those shares for the Malaysian companies current shares, its a share exchange, its how you do a merger...glty.
