I've said it before and will say it again. The shares are remarkably undervalued relative to the space, comps and the company's fundamentals.

I believe that just the last two acquisitions will yield the company quite profitable and that those two transactions alone should justify a much higher share price.

The company now has at least 100 assets, (patents and applications). The fair market value of these assets dwarfs the current market share, let alone the actual cash flow and profits derived from them.

Management is building a literal cash cow, something that should be more readily apparent as financials begin to be filed.

I continue to believe if not for the legacy overhang from the previous company, the shares would surely already be close to $1. Frustrating for those seeking immediate gratification, but a tremendous opportunity for those with just a little foresight and patience.
