I am feeling guilty about my regretable delay in posting a somewhat questionable discussion that started when a person called Virginia (last name deleted or blacked out for privacy reasons)asked to be allowed access through registration on the Hemi Energy website. I approved the request and the following dialogue beganas follows:

I have been involved with a great little stock here for several years. I bought in at 9 cents and sold at 32 cents. It is currently trading at 2.5 cents and can only go up. i know the parent company, know the management team and would say it is worth any investor checking out.
I have just bought in again at 2.5 myself.

Anderson and company initially incorporated in Delaware? Now in Forth Worth, Texas, Affiliate Craig Treiber. Anything else key you can add would be great.

Hello USC:
I believe what you have given me is sufficient for me to make enquiries. The OSC (Ontario Securities Commission) operates entirely differently from the S.E.C and indeed other regulatory bodies in other Provinces here in Canada.
I will contact several people here and also Norv in Houston and see what transpires. we have nothing to lose.
On a personal front, what would it take to gain control of this company. If the assets were still workable, there are possibilities.
Anderson's original mandate was to contact landowners who had previously had drilling work done on their land, and were left with a mess after the operation failed to produce and they ran out of operating capital. Anderson approached the landowners to clean up the mess and take over (no upfront fees to the landowner) but a royalty would be paid if they struck oil A win-win for both parties. Am I right? Have I missed anything?

How did he initially register the Texas Corporation in Delaware?
How can you move a registered corporation to another State?
How do you know the Delaware Corporation is abandoned? lack of activity on the Stock exchange or total ignoring of shareholders?
PERSONAL THOUGHT:
Pity we cannot a lawyer who has expertise in this field to take us on pro bono ...............that would be brilliant.

I have passed all the information I have regarding K.A.A. and Hemi to my friend in Springwater, Texas. His initial response was that he had never heard of such conduct in the Oil industry and was shocked.

Sorry you took such offense, not meant that way, All I ask of you is to think about the situation we the few shareholders that have lost very, very large amounts of money on this scam, we have been infiltrated, our web site sabotaged, some people actually lost their entire retirement savings. Virginia, for us you did just show up, we have no evidence of your owning stock, or even who you are as I have only had digital communication with you, and we all know that in the digital world people many times are not who they say they are. I have sorta been made the front man and I must be very careful, Keith Anderson is an evil person and a sociopath, we will eventually find him because he does not know what we know, we've been collecting evidence for over two years, I have boxes of it.

I am sorry for your losses, and can empathize with your situation, my comment to you was only to put the pressure on you to be forthcoming and providing verifiable and new evidence obtained through your contacts and means. This is something KAA would not be able to do without risking us finding him.
