lol, you're right. The company announced that it had chosen FenServices to develop the site, but said nothing about the cost. The sketchy financials don't enlarge on that.

But the Fen/Soft Bet people presumably know all about gambling and gamblers, so I really don't think they'd accept stock in payment. Of course it's possible that someone else fronted the money, and did get stock or convertible debt for his trouble.
