I would guess a website that intricate with security features and graphic designs could cost upwards of $200,000. Running it will be a monthly expenditure that could be 25k upwards. With live gaming will be more security features. Money would be handled by a third party similar to a pay pal system where you add casino credits to your account. DHSM
