OK. lost $5million a year for four years - since I've been following the company.

Great company. Plays peek-a-boo with the public and hides its results.

How do I know that they've lost again? Because there is no evidence to the contrary. Trends tend to continue.

Last year the company anounced that they needed to raise money to be able to continue. Their last public announcement on the matter. Since then several senior officers have departed.

Is that a good sign? Maybe lets them survive for a few extra months. That's about it untill there is evidence (audited financial statemehts - which you do not have) are pubished.
