bruce4653, you and everyone else that bought UTOG and did not sell it at $1.00-$2.00 simply made a bad investment decision;

UTOG cannot be sued over it. Spending $$ to find this out is futile.

Every share you own came from somebody else who thought it was a better idea to sell it.
