Joe got what he wanted. He's laid out the class action law suite against Dean and Jeff and M/S.

You tell me? Why is Dean not in jail?
Seems no one has the intestinal fortitude to want to take up that effort.
Joe's R/S, chemical castration of Dean, removal of Jeff and his arse whipping, along with his on going battle with Mike, tells me he has done
More than anyone.

Who's going to start the class action against Jeff? Newby? Mike? James? Daniel? TF? Dean?.......Joe! Maybe Jeff can come back with some investor group help thingy? Ask for funds to mount a fight? He should be mad as hell enough taking up the bungo like he did. His name is mud forever over this.
If Jeff came back to put Dean in jail
Or created a class action against the fraud perpetrated against the common share holder, he would be back on top. What else does he have going on? Where would the class action end? What is there to be had?
