Tim Tebow is one of these guys who is a winner. Management doesn't know how he does it. You see that a lot in sports. I remember Doug Flutie with Buffalo. He could never get in the game unless someone else was hurt, but when he was in there he moved the team and he won. Just because he was too short management thought he didn't belong. For some reason with those kind of people results just don't seem to matter. The Jets had absolutely nothing to lose by giving him a real chance last season. Management lacked the courage to win. When it was late in the season and they were playing for nothing, if he had been successful fans would have questioned why he wasn't given a chance earlier. He's the kind of kid you really want to see be successful, he just doesn't fit the mold.
