Owens killed the PPS of N with his shares and made it a huge mess, like everything else he did with N.

The debt that Joe bought from James and is still an on going fight for control.

But when the merger was completed there were not any leins or problems with NHSH.

Sure, IMO Mike thought all was good, I believe that Jeff thought that all was good too. But, Owens and Joe made it a point to take care of that. imo
