Other case in Illonios District Court is moving along as well no dates as of last time I checked (which was last week).

They answered all my questions in the last filing and now with the updated copyright.

We all know the crappy side of this stock but it seems they are making efforts to rectify those things. It seems to me they have gotten another extension from PB as they have in the past. It doesn'take sense to know they are suing you and to violate the law and mess up any chances of winning by doing something illegal. I am hoping we get an update from CIRC soon letting us know what is going on.
