No worries, happy to try and answer any question when you get to it. I'd just remember that Marathon and Vringo are very different in their approach to their business.

The fundamental difference is that Marathon already has producing and proven assets and they go for smaller pre trial settlements. This alleviates some, if not many of their cases from even making it to the Markman stage.

Where the Markman ruling can have a very adverse affect on a company like Vringo, they will not play the same role in the case of Marathon for the most part.
