I believe all the board of directors of the previous company that NNAN merged with resigned. This is a cheap way for NNAN to go public but as long as the previous company is "clean" then everything should be fine.

Also I think they did a private placement and raised 4-5 million. Hopefully they'll be in a rush soon to announce some innovative processes for the clay and off to the moon ALMI will go.
