one would think that as an alleged " public company" that they
would be legally obligated to advise the stockholders of what happened. this can't tell you is bs in my opinion - time to look into shareholder rights with respect to hidden litigation to see
where alleged public companies obligations are.. think I will check with the SEC on this little matter.
