Last time I checked it wasn't there. Need to get the word out IMHO

It clearly states Distributed by CirTran Beverage Corp with the year as 2013. That answers a lot of questions I had. Hope to get an update from the company soon.

As far as court haven't heard anything. IMO the fact the copyright is updated along with all the updates to Facebook seems things are looking up.
