We reached a settlement but you don't need to know what it is or how it will be paid for. Not important. I assume this means shareholders are paying Universal Funding for the judgement against SDVI with money they don't currently have according the "weak" financials of 2012.

Why the AS increase to 7 billion? Is this part of the undisclosed settlement before a possible reverse split for universal funding to convert the debt owed back down to .0001? Is there a CD attached to this settlement where the AS has to remain at a level allowing for 4.99% periodic debt conversion on liquidity? The amount owing was around $400k I believe.

Just like the acquisition and GraffitiPlay. Was making $1 mil plus in 2010 and so and so employees. GraffitiPlay the new company name blah blah blah. Now no GraffitiPlay.com.
