Holder & Obama have already taken the HIGH-ROAD, by insisting that they "personally" disapprove of Legalizing MJ.
So basically they are setting the stage up, for an announcent based on "Public-Pressure" (they'll even try to milk it transversally to Gay-Marriage).
So that being said, they will never TAKE THE HEAT.
Examples:- A) Benghazi & B) Boston Bombings.........
