More than likely the people would have to agree to the terms of the taxes yes. But remember, the ones who wanted and got the MaryJane ball rolling, will be voting and showing full support. Just a necessary part of the process.

This will not hurt our MMJ sector at all! It's actually going to be some of the absolute best promotion for our sector because it gets to the core. Going to be awesome watching Colorado and Washington respect and uphold the voices of it's people. Come October, after taxes start getting recorded, the MMJ sector will go BOOM!

The 420 Colorado/Washington experiment....lol.

You know the FEDS are watching to see how this plays out. They would love to see it fail! More than half the public says it won't... Going to be a great next couple months!
