Part of his plan? No I do not think it is "part of his plan". If it was he IMO is misleading investors and shareholders, period.
Last year TC said when they had gone pink they were working to correct that. Now in his first interview he says they wanted to stay below radar. That sounds like to me he lied to investors last year.
There is no excuse that he could give for not giving shareholders a heads up on this.
