L2 is irrelevant here. Has been at least since the RS. The sellers aren't your typical retail. They hide in the shadows and pounce on anyone dumb enough to raise the bid.
We've seen it time and time again. The board gets inundated with posts about how thin L2 is, and then suddenly there is an endless supply of shares to be sold that just came out of nowhere...
