Why did Bob decline Phil's offer to help battle Milky?
Bob knew the weaponry of those that only deal with paper targets,
small scared critters, or animals with teeth only at a scope's distance
have about much impact as Susie's kitchen dish washing apron as a weapon.
Needed is hard core "been there, done that" kind of stuff.
