NH's State Repu Stella Trembley quietly apologized for her ignorant remark after publicly making an ass of herself.
The Boston Bruins honored Jeff Bauman at their home game last night and sitting in a wheelchair his two stumps - where once were legs - were clearly visible. Bauman was lucky "cowboy volunteer" ran to his aid because he was determined Bauman would survive - he lost his own son in Iraq.
There are far more good, caring people in the U.S. than Stella Trembley-types - ONEFUNDBOSTON.org has been a huge success and has raised over $28 million from large corps, small companies, and avg people who don't even know the victims/their families - because that is who we are.
