Charles, anyone who takes the time to read the most recent SEC filings and especially the company's responses to the SEC regarding the Form 10 review, can see for themselves that the most significant assertions in the December 2011 "Company Overview" are directly contradicted by the company itself.
Since you are the one who made this "overview" public and included it in the iBox, would you be so kind as to explain or link to the original source? It seems to be from the company as it includes BRNE's typical forward-looking language disclaimer.
Was it part of the offering materials for the $1/share late 2011-late 2012 BRNE private placement?
