Don't you think we should be past the point of endless excuses by now? This company isn't working. When one problem's apparently solved, another crops up.

I believe there's a limited amount of time in which to get things fixed. There's also a limited amount of money. Your "whales" aren't going to be willing to pony up on a regular basis for much longer unless they see very significant changes.
