Well let's see. He screwed up the company's accounting hopelessly. Hired incompetent accountants and refused to listen to good advice. That got him and the company sued by the SEC.
He couldn't, and evidently can't, retain staff. Does anyone ever stay for more than a year? That's a very bad track record.
And then we've had the grandiose plans--often presented as done deals--like the crazy project involving ships retrofitted to carry processors. A dozen or so supposed contractual agreements that were PR'd all in one day. I went through the SEC filings later. They were initially reflected in subsequent Qs, and then mysteriously disappeared when those Qs were restated. Because they never actually happened.
Most of his promises remain unfulfilled. The company's still burning through a fortune every month, and still isn't profitable or even bringing in significant revenues. The machines are glitchy; the downtime is significant. And then we have the pointless acquisitions of Pakit and Javaco.
What about Rock Tenn? What's up with that? Rauber's departure gives me a bad feeling about it.
From inception, it's been Bordynuik's way or the highway. I say it's time he hit the road. If it's not too late, that may be your only hope.
