DABOSS: You have asked me these questions repeatedly over the last two years on RB and my answers are always the same:

I have NO financial interest whatsoever in EDIG stock nor in posting on any EDIG message board. I am not short EDIG and do not work for shorts, MMs, hedge funds, trading firms, Apple, SonicBlue, FullPlay, nor any other competitor or former competitor of EDIG. Furthermore, I am not a former "disgruntled" employee of e.Digital.

I post only because I believe that EDIG stock is a terrible investment, that management both lies and is extremely misleading with its language, and that message board touts like you lie on a regular basis to promote EDIG stock to naive investors in an attempt to get them to buy or at least hold.

Please do not continue to ask the same questions you have already asked me several times a year in the last 2 years. My answers have never changed and never will change.

However, you have never answered the questions that I and several others have put to you:

- Have you ever received compensation of any kind (stock or cash) from e.Digital?

- Have you ever advocated buying or holding EDIG stock while you were actually selling it? If so, why?

A new question: Do you have any credentials to advise people in stock market investing? If not, why do you offer advice to invest in EDIG?

It's interesting that I answer your questions but you do not ever the questions posed to you, including mine.
