You could certainly be correct but I vaguely remember a discussion that the FDA had to OK the drug so that the European trial results could be used in the USA as part of the certification process. Will wait and see, only change would be a quicker start this summer to the trial so my timeline can only change to the better. Thanks for the clarification.
