Well it starts with ZTEM. Which is slated this month. If that comes in as expected, JB then has great geology to get additional financing or JV. Now, if you believe as I do that someone is in the shadows at Arizona, then a confirmation ZTEM would be reason to quickly seal up a deal for Hay Mountain. I surely wouldn't allow JB to take all the Hay Mountain geology and ZTEM out on a roadshow. There are numerous advantages to HM over any other copper, precious metal porphyry deposit on earth. Yes, the biggest question is the ore grades and what content of precious metals exist. To think it not possible for JB to find money to test this phenomenal potential with a 5-10 hole drill program is foolish. That money is out there and there are plenty of investment circles that will have huge interest when a drill program with HM indicators is initiated.

The rest of the noise on this message board is just that. Yes, there is a slow drip dilution ongoing. But you need to ask yourself these questions.

- why is it just a slow drip dilution?
- who has been buying all these shares?
- what happens to the stock price when money shows up to drill HM?
