GM John. Read the link on Post# 9261 then read the filings on both stocks as to how they are worded, not the PR,s are news because they mean nothing. The MFTH 8-k is wording things different from what was reported on SAFC filings and deside for your self. IMO FINRA is trying to find out what the truth is and its up to them to try to prove what is true and what is not. Every invester in both needs to have as much imformation as they can find in order to deside as how to deal with thier trades. The filings are suppose to be true, but FINRA will make that call. I hope it is solved one way are the other, This Div deal has caused alot of questions and MFTH has not put out anything other than an unclear Dividen deal plus its thier 2nd time to do this to sell shares of stock.
