You should be asking what did he get by giving Dean CET. After they gave Dean the choice to vacate or they were going to the Feds? Which Jeff said he went to the FEdS anyway, then turn right around and gave Dean an asset that was paid for by share holders of QASP?

Doesn't add up. CET would go a long way helping complete this thing with HAVC today. Every QASP shareholder that held shares during that period should be pissed! May 18th, they made their exit, did you?
