Anyone here care to name even ONE single company that was halted EVER and traded on grays that FILED A 10K?, much less an AUDITED 10K??
See I really do think it matters what was actually in this 10K!
I think it could have stated anything at all, all zeros even, all negatives, hundreds of billions of shares, etc!
I doesn't matter!
Why?
Because it has NOTHING to do with what it said, strange right? It has to do with the FACT that I haven't found a single other gray trading company that has even filed an unaudited 10K!
10k says that they had no money at the end of the period. So since its now almost a year after that end point - THEY MUST HAVE MONEY! Why? Well an audited 10k runs about $30,000! And not even the worst toxic financier is going to give money for shares to a ticker trading on the grays
So the money used had to be from revenues! At least this is my take!
But feel free to show me another halted and gray trading company that has filed a 10K!
