I actually kind of like that idea because I've been trying to figure out how to have BW and HW pick last and not be unable to pick the 6 stocks they want. Your way (or 10Bag's) would enable anyone to lock in their picks with no chance of being unable to pick their 6 stocks --- if they pick early. However, the problem with that is that how does everyone send a PM. If you are not premium, you can't. They could send it to my email, but I don't know. I need to talk to SSK and BW about that or if they want, they can chime in here.
