Forgive my ignorance Doc, but why are they diluting. If they are receiving new orders/revs already and are confident they are going to do much more, they should be able to pay down debt with this new revenue.

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant....
