That address wasnt even "correct" on that posted "current info", so much for the "accuracy" thingy......LOL
Yeah, it's better to have the filings just perfect than to file on time anyway. I'm sure they are going over everything with a fine tooth comb and dotting the i's and crossing them T's. probably another few months to get it just right.
