I'm still wondering if a delisting, the alternative for a RS is Nasdaq requires that is better and isn't going to bring the PPS further down. Listed on Nasdaq the stock might be more interesting to larger investors then on OTC. Also OTC stocks are known for being less stable. Though i must admid PEIX has been trading a lot like an OTC stock on Nasdaq, I still wonder if the current resistance keeping us at todays level, would have existed on OTC. IMO on OTC we could have seen the 0,10 - 0,20 by now.
