Both VA Gov Bob McDonnell (R) and VA AG Ken Cuccinelli (R) are being investigated by authorities - McDonnell by the FBI - for accepting gifts from a VA busiessman and not reporting them - for McDonnell such gifts included having the catering cost of his daughter's wedding paid for by a VA businessman, and not reporting it.
Cuccinelli, Repub candidate for Gov this year, has always portrayed himself as a good Catholic family man with seven children...this good Catholic family man quietly re-visited his financial filings to now include gifts he received from the same VA businessman - for Cuccinelli such gifts included use of the businessman's vacation home for a family vacation, and on another occassion spending Thanksgiving day with dinner included at the same vacation home, compliments of his "friend".

What may turn out to be small amounts of money, the picture painted is two politicans taking whatever they could get for "free" and then claiming there was no quid pro quo.
